I haven’t posted here in a while. Truthfully, I’m wondering if it’s even necessary to keep this site going now that most of the songs aren’t being posted here but are being released on Bandcamp, and then they’re easily announced through social media and my mailing list. Is anyone even reading this? If you are, let me know…
In the meantime, as we ponder the future of this webthing, it’s worth mentioning that next week is the 20th anniversary of the release of my first official CD, the I’m Batman EP. In celebration, I’ve pressed some CDs, and they include the Hoga-Rama EP, which was offered as a free download to people that purchased the I’m Batman EP on disc. So now you can a full album consisting of the two EPs plus two bonus tracks. Nifty. It goes on sale Monday, June 17th but it’s available for pre-order here and now.
Released in June of 2004, it was selected as CD of the Year by the IndepenDisc Music Club, which is sadly no longer a functioning entity but here’s an archived review of it.
Another review was written by talented actor/novelist/playwright Joey Madia, who would soon after become a very dear friend.
